This recreation area is located on the northeastern boundary of Whitehorse Wildland Park. It provides basic camping facilities as well as corrals, hitching rails and loading ramps for equestrian users; 8 camping units equipped with corrals; site also provides access to the unmaintained hiking/equestrian trail to Miette Hotsprings, located in Jasper National Park. If you are planning to travel overnight into Jasper, a permit from the Jasper trails office at 780-852-6177 is required. |
