Legal Land Description
Boreal Forest Natural Region

This tranquil park on the west end of Sturgeon Lake offers a wide range of outdoor experiences. The large campground includes lake shore campsites, a playground and a picnic area near the beach. The boat launch offers excellent access to the lake for boating and fishing. A network of walking and cross-country ski trails leads through mature mixedwood forest. The mix of shoreline and forest habitats and the observation deck at the beaver pond makes the park a great location for bird watching.
